They took great care of Buddy. The overnight staff was amazing (as is the day team), and everyone we dealt with was so warm and helpful. All questions were answered quickly.

We are very pleased with the service and friendliness of the care staff at Columbia Pike. It’s always emotionally draining when we want answers but our fur baby can’t speak. The veterinarians and technicians kept me up to date on Zara’s progress and what to expect.
Everyone is always so nice and professional. My dog is a little nervous when he goes to the vet, and they are very understanding. They made me feel at ease as well as him!
We’ve been taking all our dogs here for 15 years. They have been there through all of our emergencies, through one of our dogs passing. They have been there through it all with us. We are very appreciative for all they do including the front staff they’re always very welcoming and also the vet technicians. We look forward to coming here for all our future pets as well. The staff was kind, and professional, and the wait time was minimal. Fees were explained upfront and were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this pet ER again if I needed to.
