For as long as she can remember, Dr. Williams has wanted to be a veterinarian. She actually started her veterinary career working in the boarding facility right here at Columbia Pike after graduating high school, and continued to work as a vet assistant during her summer and winter breaks throughout college and veterinary school.
Dr. Williams has gotten to move around a few times. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. For veterinary school she embarked on a journey to Grenada, West Indies to attend St. George's University. She then completed her clinical year at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is excited to finally settle down back in her Virginia roots.
Dr. Williams is thrilled to finally be working as a doctor at Columbia Pike. Her clients appreciate her compassionate and honest approach to their fur babies. In her free time, Dr. Williams enjoys taking care of her tabby cat Leo and her yellow lab Tucker. She looks forward to continuing to travel as much as possible, particularly to warm places.
