Create an Online Pet Memorial
There’s nothing quite like the unconditional love and devotion of an animal companion. They live their life by your side, sharing many special moments with you, and they’re always nearby when you need them. At Columbia Pike Animal Hospital, we deeply cherish the bond that humans share with their four-legged family members, and believe that the best way to cope with their loss and keep their memory alive is with a memorial.
Your memorial can include a photo, a short story about their life, or a poem that reminds you of the time you shared together. To create a memorial for your beloved companion, simply register below to create an account, and follow the steps. If you have any questions about creating a memorial for your loved one, don’t hesitate to contact us at (703) 256-8414. We’d be happy to help you during this difficult time.

Samantha Jane (Sammy)
You are so missed sweet girl! You gave us nothing but love and joy for all the 9 years we had you! You had the best bark, loved milkbones and chicken treats and you were the best hide and seek player ever! We love you Sammy!

You were my best friend and I am so thankful that we got to grow up together. I will never forget all of the fun times we had running around the house, taking naps together on long car rides, and all of the other great things we did. I miss you so much everyday and will always remember you. Someday, we’ll see each other again. Until then, rest easy buddy.
Your best friend,
In Loving Memory of: Kiki
Kiki was the sweetest little girl. She was shy and skittish at first but became very affectionate with time. She was a tiny black kitty with big round green eyes. She lost most of her teeth but that didn’t stop her from stealing mama’s cheese puffs. She loved to talk and would always stay near by. Though her time was short, her impact was great.
I miss you every day, Kiki. You were my best friend. Always in my heart.
